At Elite Minds Clinical Consultancy, we are dedicated to fostering meaningful change through evidence-based, person-centred practice. Our team is comprised of Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioners, including Board-Certified and NDIS-registered Advanced Practitioners, who specialise in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), functional behavioural assessment, and tailored intervention planning. With a strong emphasis on ethical practice, we work closely with individuals, families, and service providers to enhance quality of life, reduce restrictive practices, and promote independence.

Our team specialises in complex behavioural presentations, neurodivergent profiles, psychoeducation, team building and industry training, early intervention, referrals, multidisciplinary coordination, crisis management, de-escalation and safety planning.
